As published in the South County Independent
LETTERS-We
would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the volunteers from
the Narragansett Running Association, and student volunteers from
Narragansett Pier Middle and High School who helped make the Summer
Youth Track Series an exciting event attended by more than 350 children
each week.
We
would also like to extend a sincere thank you to Belmont Market who
sponsored the series and donated buckets of watermelon each week, the
very-talented Dave Larocque who volunteered as our emcee and disc jockey
each week, and George Ross for taking amazing photos at each meet.
The
meets would not be possible and free for all children without the
generous support from the following sponsors: USA Track and Field

Plumbing, Sun Coat Painting, Sullivan & Sullivan P.C., Timpson
Excavating, South County Fence Co., M & F Athletic, RB Home
